If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been installed, altered, modified, assembled, or used are NOT eligible for return. Painted bumpers are also NOT eligible for return unless there is legitimate damage. All returned items must be complete, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If an item arrives damaged, do NOT install it. Contact us immediately for assistance. In cases where a customer has ordered the incorrect product or part, our standard policy does not allow for returns, especially on custom-painted bumpers. ALL of our painted bumpers are custom-painted per order. It is the customer's responsibility to verify they are purchasing the correct bumper or selecting the accurate paint color code before completing checkout.
