Painted Bumper Terms

We use the highest quality paint lines from our partners at BASF. The main paint lines we use are glasuirt, limco, and dimonte. The paint technicians at Bumpers.com take a lot of pride in their work, with over 30 years of experience and professional training. Not only do we sell to auto body shops, but we also sell directly to consumers like you, with the same low prices and high-quality parts. 

We offer painting services for front/rear bumpers and grilles. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your part to be freshly painted and cured before it is shipped out to you.

It is the customer's responsibility to find and select the correct factory paint code when checking out on Bumpers.com. 

 

Boxing and Shipping 

We take pride in our painting services and would never want to risk any damage. We ship all painted bumpers via FedEx with premium unfolded shipping. No painted bumpers will be shipped folded. Shipping usually takes FedEx anywhere between 2-5 days to deliver depending on many factors such as delays from unavailability of the recipient, weather, labor disputes, strikes, etc. 

 

Custom Order

ALL painted bumpers and grilles are painted fresh per order. It is the customer's responsibility to find and select the correct paint color code for their vehicle. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your bumper or grille to be freshly painted and cured before it is shipped out to you.

Painting Process

Please note that some parts and color variations may require different painting processes. The painting processes we offer are base coat, clear coat, and tri-stage. Tri stage is a 3-step painting process that requires more time and uses more product resulting in a more costly paint job. If this is the case in your scenario, you will notice a price difference upon checkout. Returns on Painted Parts

We do not offer free returns on custom-painted bumpers. The buyer is responsible for return shipping except in the case of legitimate damage. In the case of legitimate damage, Bumpers.com has a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. All painted returns must come in complete and original packaging. If any component(s) of a returned item is missing, the return is subject to less than a full refund, the deducted amount is at the sole discretion of Bumpers.com. If you received an item(s) that is damaged or defective, please visit our CONTACT US page. Bumpers.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that have been returned under false pretense. 

 

Warranty Policy

A limited warranty of 1 year is provided on all painted bumpers and grilles. Our warranty only covers legitimate peels, cracks, chips, or fading. You may only use the warranty once for a one-time replacement. If you have any questions, please visit our Contact Us page.
