GUARANTEED DELIVERY TERMS
Bumpers.com does not guarantee delivery times and cannot refund shipping charges/fees when late delivery results from events beyond our control. These reasons include delays from the unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPPING TERMS
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, if they are not picked up from the carrier, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 2 week to be sorted and processed. Package(s) that are returned for any of the above reasons will be subject to a shipping charge. The shipping charge will be assessed at point of refund based on the original shipping amount incurred by Bumpers.com.
MISSING/RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS
Please report any missing or incorrectly shipped item by contacting us within 7 days (1 week) of your delivery date. In the case a replacement product was sent, Bumpers.com will send you a FedEx return shipping label to return the original product back to us. If the original item is not returned within 14 days, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item that was sent.
If your order is not delivered to your address as expected from the shipping company, please contact us immediately. Our team will contact the shipping company and open a claim on your shipment. This process can take 7-10 business days to be completed. The results of the investigation will be sent to Bumpers.com for review.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We package all item(s) by the guidelines set forth by the shipping company. In case of a damaged item please contact Bumpers.com within 7 days (1 week) of the delivery date. Do NOT install, alter, modify, assemble, and/or use the damage product before contacting us, this goes directly against our returns policy. Please keep all packaging materials from the damaged shipments. In all cases, we will request photos of the damaged item and packaging, please send all photos to CustomerService@bumpers.com. The shipping company will inspect the packaging materials for processing of the damage claim. The shipping company may contact the receiver to set up a convenient time to pick up and inspect the item. If the original item is not returned within 14 days, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item that was sent.

Returns Policy
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Any item(s) with a delivery date greater than 14 days will not be accepted. Bumpers.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) returned without prior authorization. All return submissions must be made by filling out the Contact Us page. By filling out this page you are contacting one of our knowledgeable Customer Care Representatives. In some cases, we may request photos of your vehicle to assist with further investigation. If you refuse to provide the requested photos, which prevents us from conducting a full investigation, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns require an order number. In the case of a damaged item do NOT install, alter, modify, assemble, and/or use the damage product before contacting us. Returns are usually processed within 4 business days of receipt at our location. Please note all returns over 14 days old are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In the case of a replacement, the customer has 14 days to drop off the return to the designated shipping carrier. If you do not send the return back to us, you will be responsible for the cost of both items: the replacement and the product you were supposed to return. In cases where a customer has ordered the incorrect product or part, our standard policy does not allow for returns. However, we understand that situations may vary, and in some instances, we may make an exception. If an exception is granted, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure you verify the product details before placing your order. Some products can’t be returned – see the list of non-returnable products below.
Installed, altered, modified, assembled, and/or used products are NOT eligible for return. Additionally any hazardous items are NOT eligible for return. All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging in a resalable condition. If any component(s) of a returned item is missing, the return is subject to a less than full refund, the deducted amount is at the sole discretion of Bumpers.com. If you received an item(s) that is damaged or defective, please thoroughly read above the Damaged Items section and fill out our CONTACT US page. Bumpers.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that have been returned under false pretense.
Returns on Painted Parts
We do not offer returns on custom-painted bumpers. The buyer is responsible for return shipping except in the case of legitimate damage. In the case of legitimate damage, Bumpers.com has a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. All painted returns must come in complete and original packaging. If any component(s) of a returned item is missing, the return is subject to less than a full refund, the deducted amount is at the sole discretion of Bumpers.com. If you received an item(s) that is damaged or defective, please visit our CONTACT US page. Bumpers.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that have been returned under false pretense.
